I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred yesterday...ouch!!
I want to start training for a half-marathon, but I learned my lesson two years ago when I hurt my knees, and won't run without proper shoes. I hope to get some Vibram Five Fingers at the end of next month, so until then I'll work on my strength and cardio (and hopefully get rid of some of this baby belly!) with the Shred.
Maybe I'll get brave and post some before pictures. Or maybe I'll wait until I have some afters, and I'll share both.
