Go me!!

Day 11 of the 30 Day Shred DONE!!!

Today I moved on to level 2. Whew, I'm going to be sore tomorrow! I'm incredibly proud of myself. I am a fairly sedentary person, and I've never stuck with any exercise this long before. I added on an additional cardio workout video last week that I do MWF, and I'm really looking forward to starting the Couch to 5K training at the end of the month!

My end goals are to be fit, healthy, and run a half-marathon by my 30th birthday next year. I feel like I'm really on my way.

I know I wouldn't be nearly as motivated if I hadn't joined a group of friends to be accountable to. Their support and encouragement keeps me going!! Thanks, girls :)
